All official announcements, calendar updates, and notifications will be sent via email. Please make sure your contact information is up to date.

Summer & Winter Programs
Summer and winter break programs are separate from regular school-year classes. Weekly art classes during breaks follow a different schedule. Summer program policies and schedule will be shared separately each year.

Class Registration & Enrollment

How to Register
You may register online, via text, or in person. Registration is complete once full payment is received.

Tuition Structure

  • Tuition is the same each month regardless of the number of classes.

  • Tuition includes all material costs, exhibition fees, and any extra costs.

  • There are no additional charges during the semester.

  • A 3% fee will be applied for card payments.

Age & Class Eligibility

  • All regular art classes are mixed age/grade and open to all grade levels.

  • 1-hour classes are only for Pre-K and Kindergarten students.

Semester Commitment
Once enrolled, we hold your class day and time for the semester. If payment is not made before the 1st day of each month, your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.

Breaks & Changes
If you plan to take a break, we appreciate at least 2 weeks' notice in advance.

Class Transfers
You may request a class change if there is space available. We require a minimum of 3 students to run a group class. If needed, we will contact you in advance to transfer your child to another class.

School-Year Classes (August–May)

Schedule & Calendar
We follow Gwinnett/Forsyth County Public School calendars. A specific Rabbitbrush Art calendar will be shared each semester. Please refer to this calendar for holidays and closures.

Exhibitions & Events
All studio exhibitions and events are directly connected to classwork and are therefore required. Unfortunately, we cannot offer credits or refunds for missed events due to personal reasons.

Cancellations & Weather Closures

Studio Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel classes due to:

  • Insufficient enrollment

  • Inclement weather

  • Gwinnett/Forsyth County school closures

Credits will be issued for studio-cancelled classes. We will notify families as early as possible.

Missed Classes & Makeups

Makeup Policy

  • Students may make up missed classes with prior notice.

  • Makeup classes must be completed within the same semester.

  • Makeups will not carry over to future semesters.

  • No-shows (missed without notice) are not eligible for make-up.

Student Guidelines

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

  • Please arrive on time. Drop-off is not allowed earlier than 5 minutes before class starts, due to time needed for class change and preparation. We do not offer late pick-up.

  • A caregiver must check in/out each student in person.

Clothing
Art can be messy! Please dress your child in comfortable clothes that can get dirty.

Lost & Found
Label all personal belongings. Lost items will be placed in a designated bin. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Behavior Policy

We promote a respectful and creative environment. If a student is disruptive or aggressive:

  • Parents will be contacted for immediate pick-up.

  • No refunds or credits will be given for removal due to misbehavior.

  • Repeat offenses may result in dismissal from the program.

Photography & Media

We occasionally take photos during class for promotional use (social media, flyers, etc.).
If you do not want your child photographed, please inform us in writing.
